Maisonpure GmbH is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany (hereinafter referred to as "Maisonpure GmbH" or "we"). "FOLW" is owned and operated by Maisonpure GmbH as its construction management platform. Maisonpure GmbH hereby informs you: Please read these Terms of Use in full and familiarize yourself with them before using the services of www.folw.eu. You may choose not to use the services of www.folw.eu. However, by using the services of www.folw.eu, your continued use will be deemed acceptance of these Terms of Use in their entirety. We ask that you read these terms carefully and ensure that you fully understand and agree to them before you begin using the service.
1. Intellectual Property Statement
Maisonpure GmbH is the owner of the intellectual property rights to the FOLW application. All copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights of FOLW, as well as all informational content related to FOLW (including, but not limited to, text, images, videos, diagrams, interface designs, associated data, or electronic documents, etc.), are protected by your local laws and regulations and relevant international treaties, and Maisonpure GmbH enjoys the aforementioned intellectual property rights. No one is permitted to use these intellectual property rights without the authorization of Maisonpure GmbH (including, but not limited to, illegal copying, distribution, display, mirroring, etc.). Otherwise, Maisonpure GmbH will investigate legal action in accordance with applicable laws.

2. Service Content
Provided you have given your consent, FOLW offers you the following services, including but not limited to:
2.1 Registration and Cancellation of Your Account.
You can register and use FOLW on the homepage www.folw.eu. To cancel your account, please log in and cancel your account under "My Account – Edit Account".
2.2 Notification Function.
After you have activated the notification function, FOLW may send notifications, such as ticket notifications, to the mobile phone number or email address you provided during registration.
3. Data Security, Privacy and Copyright
As part of this service, we adhere to FOLW's privacy policy to protect the personal information you provide.
The sample projects included in the app are subject to the app provider's copyright. They may be used within the app for testing purposes. Downloading the images and PDF floor plans, as well as copying and using them externally, is prohibited.
4. Disclaimer
4.1 This software is designed to function flawlessly at all times. However, FOLW does not guarantee that user data is flawless, nor does it guarantee full compatibility with other software, hardware, and systems, nor does it guarantee that the software is error-free.
4.2 FOLW assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or quality of the information, documents, display results, and yield information provided. FOLW also assumes no liability for external links provided by users.
4.3 FOLW assumes no responsibility for losses caused by telecommunications systems, network outages, computer failures, viruses, other system problems, or force majeure
4.4 The integrated artificial intelligence function within the photo analysis always provides only a description and recommendation. The user is fully responsible for its use. FOLW never makes binding statements about any situations within the images uploaded by the user.
The user expressly agrees that the risks associated with using the online services of this software are borne entirely by the user; all consequences arising from the use of the software's online services are the user's responsibility, and Maisonpure GmbH assumes no liability towards the user.

5. Terms of Use for Minors
Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We will not knowingly collect personal data from minors for any purpose. If we discover that we have collected personal data about such users under circumstances unknown to us, we will delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
6. Revision and Notification of these Terms of Use
We may update or revise these Terms of Use from time to time, and such revisions will form part of these Terms of Use and will have the same effect as these Terms of Use. We will not restrict your rights under these Terms of Use without your express consent. After updating these Terms of Use, we will notify you by announcement, message, or other means so that you receive the latest version of these Terms of Use.
