Maisonpure GmbH is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany (hereinafter referred to as "Maisonpure GmbH" or "we"). "FOLW" is owned and operated by Maisonpure GmbH as its construction management platform. Maisonpure GmbH hereby informs you: Please read these Terms of Use in full and familiarize yourself with them before using the services of www.folw.eu. You may choose not to use the services of www.folw.eu. However, by using the services of www.folw.eu, your continued use will be deemed acceptance of these Terms of Use in their entirety. We ask that you read these terms carefully and ensure that you fully understand and agree to them before you begin using the service.

​These terms of use specify the rules for content and behavior when using FOLW, in particular for MyStory, “About me”, portfolio, evidence and advertisements. These terms of use are incorporated into the conclusion of the contract or a separate effective agreement. The data protection declaration provides information about the processing of personal data; Your acknowledgment does not constitute a blanket consent under data protection law. The terms and conditions and the agreed service description apply to the scope of services, fees and liability.

 

1. Intellectual Property Statement

The rights to the FOLW software, its trademarks and the own content provided by Maisonpure GmbH remain with Maisonpure GmbH or the respective rights holders. Legal rights of use remain unaffected.

Uploading your own texts, photos, videos, references, project descriptions, and credentials does not transfer ownership to Maisonpure GmbH. You grant Maisonpure GmbH a simple right to use this content, to technically process it, and to display it to your chosen recipients within the respective FOLW function. This includes necessary technical adjustments such as format conversion and preview images. Commissioned technical service providers may only process the content to the extent necessary for this operation.

 

The right of use is limited to the purpose and duration of the use you initiate. Using your content for independent advertising outside of these functions or for training AI models is not covered by this grant of rights. After the termination of use, only processing for which there is an independent legal basis remains permissible; in particular, the deletion and retention rules explained in the privacy policy apply.

 

You may only upload content for which you possess the necessary rights and authorizations. This applies in particular to photos of recognizable individuals, customer testimonials, external plans, trademarks, confidential project information, and personal data of third parties. Permission to use such material within a project does not automatically grant permission to publish it on the network or in an advertisement.

2. Service Content

Provided you have given your consent, FOLW offers you the following services, including but not limited to:

2.1 Registration and Cancellation of Your Account.

You can register and use FOLW on the homepage www.folw.eu. To cancel your account, please log in and cancel your account under "My Account – Edit Account".

 

2.2 Notification Function.

After you have activated the notification function, FOLW may send notifications, such as ticket notifications, to the mobile phone number or email address you provided during registration.

2.3 Professional profile, credentials and portfolio

Professional information must be accurate and must not mislead other users about your identity, experience, qualifications or authorizations. References and evidence may not be falsified or altered in a misleading manner. Remove information from uploaded documents that is not required to represent the qualification. Merely uploading proof does not constitute verification or confirmation by FOLW. Any test that may be expressly offered will be described separately.

2.4 Ads

Advertisements must accurately describe the field of activity or service offered or sought. Information about requirements, location, period, availability and compensation must not be misleading. Where relevant, you must make it clear whether this is an employment relationship, a self-employed contract or another form of collaboration. The posting user is responsible for the accuracy, timeliness and legally required information of their own advertisement.

 

In particular, fraudulent or illegal offers, identity deception, fake qualifications, spam and unlawfully discriminatory requirements are not permitted. When it comes to job advertisements, the title, task description, requirements and selection criteria must comply with the legal prohibitions on discrimination. An addition such as “m/f/d” alone does not make otherwise discriminatory content permissible.

Before publishing an ad, review the content, media and selected contact details. An ad is not published just by creating a draft. If an offer is no longer current, update, deactivate or delete it. Whether and between which parties a contract is concluded depends on their declarations and the legal regulations; Section 2.6 of the General Terms and Conditions also applies.

2.5 Own images and provided illustrations

Your own uploads must not give an inaccurate idea of the work actually carried out, a real project or an existing qualification. Professional illustrations provided by FOLW may be artificially created symbolic images. They are neither a reference for the posting user nor proof of professional execution. Do not use symbolic images in such a way that they must be understood as a photo of your own actual performance.

The following applies to the use of the illustrations provided by FOLW: only for use in FOLW advertisements, editing, export and external use are not permitted and will be punished in the event of misuse. The same applies to images generated in the ad.​

 

3. Data Security, Privacy and Copyright

As part of the service, we adhere to FOLW's privacy policy to protect the private information you provide. Example projects provided are used to test the app. Your images and PDF plans may only be used within FOLW to the extent permitted for this purpose. They may not be published as your own projects, your own references or your own work results. Any reproduction or external use beyond this requires appropriate authorization; Legal rights of use remain unaffected. Section 2.5 applies to illustrations released separately for use in advertisements.

 

4. Disclaimer

Information in user profiles, evidence and advertisements generally comes from the respective users. Their presentation does not imply confirmation of their correctness, completeness or authenticity by FOLW, unless a specific test is expressly stated. Before commissioning or collaborating, check the information and authorizations relevant to your decision.

AI-powered image descriptions and recommendations are technical tools and may be incorrect or incomplete. They do not replace the necessary expert examination of a specific situation. The legal obligations and liability of Maisonpure GmbH remain unaffected. Section 9 of the General Terms and Conditions applies to liability.

5. Terms of Use for Minors

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We will not knowingly collect personal data from minors for any purpose. If we discover that we have collected personal data about such users under circumstances unknown to us, we will delete the relevant data as soon as possible.

 

6. Revision and Notification of these Terms of Use

For changes to these Terms of Use, Section 11.3 of the Terms and Conditions applies. We will inform you about changes in a timely manner and make the changed version available. If consent is required, simply continuing to use FOLW is not sufficient.

 

7. Short notes on the app functions

These formulations are intended to make the web texts understandably accessible; they do not replace the detailed explanation.

Visibility selection:

“Everyone” means all registered FOLW users. The selection applies to About Me, including portfolio and credentials. Profile name, profile picture, contact number and published advertisements can remain visible regardless.

 

For contact releases:

Select individually which contact details can be displayed. You can revoke any release. A separate selection applies to contact information in advertisements.

 

Advertisement publication:

Check information, images and contact details before publishing. Your ad will be visible and searchable to [OPEN: recipient group]. You can edit or deactivate them later. You can find information on data processing in the data protection declaration.

 

An additional contract checkbox may state the general terms and conditions/terms of use actually included; do not include the DSE as a blanket processing consent. Consent to optional analysis remains separate.

 

Proof of qualifications:

Only upload evidence that you are allowed to use. Remove unnecessary personal information. Uploaded evidence is not automatically checked by FOLW.

 

If a job description is provided:

AI-generated symbol image – not a separate project reference.

 

If visibility changes offline:

Change noted on this device. The previous release on the server continues to apply until the updated update is confirmed.
